Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of medium and heavy steel structures for residential and non-residential construction as well as for the manufacturing and processing industries. For over 60 years, they have been implementing high-class steel solutions that must meet the latest safety, health and environmental standards. They are currently looking for a fence and platform fitter who can also heft. Stable work over a long period of time on a single shift basis. Possibility to work overtime.
Your responsibilities:
As an assembler/structural welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling steel fences and structures. You work accurately and efficiently to ensure that each project meets the highest quality standards. Your craftsmanship contributes to safe and durable structures for various applications.
- You assemble solid structures such as stairs, platforms, fences
- Your workday starts with reviewing technical drawings and preparing materials
- You will collaborate with colleagues to weld and assemble the structures
- You assemble solid structures such as stairs, platforms, fences and weld (heft) them in place
- The fences to be assembled can be small or large and are connected using welding machine – spot welding
- You closely monitor the progress and quality of your work, ensuring everything proceeds according to plan
- You keep order at your work place
What we offer
- Salary +/- €2320 net per month based on 40 hours
- Salary +/- €536 per week after deduction of accommodation, health care insurance & taxes
- Steady job, 40 hours per week + possibility of overtime

What we need
- You have experience in the installation of stairs, platforms, gates or fences
- You have experience in working with steel structures
- You are able to work with steel and use various hand tools
- You are familiar with technical drawings
- You have basic welding skills
- You are able to communicate in English or Dutch
- You are committed to your duties
- You are responsible and willing to work overtime
- You have an active driving license
- If you have your own transport, this would be an advantage
